Who We Are...

Combustion Efficiency was established in December 2020 to provide high class Industrial gas and combustion services to industrial customers who are the owner / operators of “Type B” industrial gas appliances.


Our staff are dual trade Licenced Electrical & Instrumentation technicans with many years working in chemical, mining and manufacturing industries.


Whilst the installation and commissioning of industrial gas appliances remains our core business, the services we provide extend far beyond just the installation and commissioning of "Type B" industral gas appliances.


We can be contracted to provide:

  • Electrical & Instrumentation expertise including the selection, installation and commissioning of process instrumentation to measure complex process pameters.
  • Commissioning of ABB ACS 580 and ACS880 Variable Speed Drives.

Installation and commissioning of pneumatic instruments for hazardous area environments.

  • C3 and C4 commissioning of greenfield projects from an Electrical Instrumentation discipline.

RECENT PROJECTS

Carbon Regeneration Kiln

Installation of gas pipework and burner systems for one of Heat Systems Group Pty Ltd's Carbon Regeneration Kilns.


Kiln will be installed & commissioned by Combustion Efficiency in Q1 of 2025 on a remote WA minesite, and will replace the sites existing aging kilns.

5GJ Fluid Bed Drier

 Installation and commissioning of newly supplied fluid bed drier for a client in the Pilbra.


Drier was supplied with a Burner Management System (BMS) that does not conform to Australian Standards.


Removed currently installed BMS and supplied, installed, programmed and commissioned new BMS system comprising of a LAMTEC® CMS Modular, micro-processor-based burner management system and installed additional over temperature protection BMS interlocks and air flow proving circuits for compliance with AS/NZS 3814.

60 MW Gas Power Station

Successfully commissioned 14x INNIO Jenbacher JMS 624 GS-N.L reciprocating gas engines for a new 60 MW reciprocating gas engine power station for a client in the Pilbra.
